About The Role

Moniepoint is seeking a Product Design Lead to drive design excellence and lead a team of product designers. You’ll shape and execute the design vision across cross‑functional product teams, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on design contributions to elevate user experience and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of product designers to deliver high‑quality design solutions.
Prioritize design initiatives and align efforts with product strategy and business goals.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design priorities.
Maintain hands‑on involvement in design work, ensuring excellence and usability.
Advocate for user‑centered design, leveraging research and behavioural insights.
Establish and promote design standards and scalable systems across products.

Qualifications & Experience
